baked_tilapia Tilapia Baked With Swiss and Tomato - This best thing about this easy tilapia recipe is it does not have that fishy taste, it’s exceptionally mild. Even more, it’s fast, easy and a healthy recipe.

Ingredients to make Tilapia Baked With Swiss and Tomato

1 pound tilapia fillets
2 large tomatoes, sliced
4 slices Swiss cheese
2 large lemons
steak seasoning
dried oregano

Directions to make Tilapia Baked With Swiss and Tomato

Step 1:Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2:Place the fish fillets into a 9×13 inch glass baking dish. Slice the lemons in half, and squeeze the juice out over the fillets, turning them to coat thoroughly. Sprinkle steak seasoning to taste over both sides of the fillets.
Step 3:Lay a slices of Swiss cheese over the fillets so they are covered. Place tomato slices over the cheese. Sprinkle dried oregano over the top.
Step 4:Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
