Ingredients to make Crab Meat Stuffed Tilapia
1 small onion
1 rib celery
4 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of fresh parsley
½ cup of bread crumbs
1 can of drained and flaked crab meat
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/8 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
6 tilapia fillets
Melted butter
Paprika powder
Directions to make Crab Meat Stuffed Tilapia
Chop the onion into fine pieces.Mince the celery into fine pieces.
Sautee the onion and celery with butter in a frying pan until the vegetables are tender. .Add parsley to the frying pan.
Remove the frying pan from the heat and stir in bread crumbs and crab meat, together with lemon juice and cayenne pepper.
Grease a 9×13 inch oven pan.Spread the crab meat mixture over the Tilapia fillets and roll them up.
Place the stuffed Tilapia in the greased dish, seam side down.
Sprinkle melted butter and paprika powder over the stuffed Tilapia.
Place the stuffed Tilapia in the oven and bake the rolls at 400° Fahrenheit. The stuffed Tilapia is finished when it is easy to flake the fish with a fork, usually after 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients to make Five Minute Blackened tilapia
4-6 Tilapia Fillets
2 Tbls. Paprika
2 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon pepper
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tsp ground red pepper
1.5 tsp. dried, crushed basil
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 c. unsalted butter, melted
Directions to make Five Minute Blackened tilapia
Heat iron skillet on high 5 minutes. Mix all seasonings in a bowl.
Dip fillets in melted butter and coat with seasonings.
Place fillets in hot skillet and cook 2 minutes on each side.

Ingredients to make Thai Coconut Curry Tilapia
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil, divided
2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 teaspoons red curry paste
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
4 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
1 (14-ounce) can light coconut milk
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
4 (6-ounce) tilapia fillets
Cooking spray
3 cups hot cooked basmati rice
4 lime wedges
Directions to make Thai Coconut Curry Tilapia
Heat 1/2 teaspoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic; cook 1 minute. Add pepper and onions; cook 1 minute. Stir in curry powder, curry paste, and cumin; cook 1 minute. Add soy sauce, sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and coconut milk; bring to a simmer (do not boil). Remove from heat; stir in cilantro
Brush fish with 1/2 teaspoon oil; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt. Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Broil 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve fish with sauce, rice, and lime wedges.

A versatile fish to grill, Tilapia isn’t as thick as salmon or tuna, which can leave many people wondering how to grill Tilapia without it falling apart.Here are a few suggestions:
- Be sure to coat the grill with non stick spray or olive oil before placing Tilapia filet on it – use a higher grill or basket if you have one
- Use a hot grill for cooking Tilapia (at least 300 degrees)
- Coat your fillet with oil
- Keep your filet away form direct flame
- Cook for about 10 minutes
- Check to see if the juices form the fish are running clear – if so, then it is done.
