A versatile fish to grill, Tilapia isn’t as thick as salmon or tuna, which can leave many people wondering how to grill Tilapia without it falling apart. Here are a few suggestions:
- Be sure to coat the grill with non stick spray or olive oil before placing Tilapia filet on it – use a higher grill or basket if you have one
- Use a hot grill for cooking Tilapia (at least 300 degrees)
- Coat your fillet with oil
- Keep your filet away form direct flame
- Cook for about 10 minutes
- Check to see if the juices form the fish are running clear – if so, then it is done.
